Here are some pictures of clients with their bass over the last 26 years. It's been a fun ride and let's keep it going. Book today and let's get your picture in here!
Lake Travis bass
Lake Travis is my home lake and where I take the majority of clients since it's a great lake to fish for all ages and skill levels. I do trips here throughout the year during the day and sometimes I even do night trips in the hotter months to have a nice relaxing night on the water where the boat traffic is at it's minimum.

Lake Austin bass
This is another great lake and is also close by, so I take a lot of clients here as well. It's also a great quality lake so there's always a chance at a giant here. You can also catch some really nice fish here at night in the summer when it's nice and not getting constantly rocked by other boats, especailly the wake boats.

Stillhouse Hollow bass
Stillhouse is another great lake and it's not too far from the Austin, Texas area. It's less than an hour north up I-35 from Austin. We catch a lot of quality bass on this lake and I really need to add more photos to this section.

Lake Buchanan bass
Lake Buchanan is probably my favorite lake in the area and my clients have caught some impressive bass here. There are always plenty of fish species to catch here including Largemouth bass, Guadalupe bass, white bass, striped bass, hybrid striper and catfish. There are also some good sized longnose gar and many panfish such as bluegill, etc. This is another lake I sometimes take clients at night to catch striper off the lights.

Lake LBJ bass
Lake LBJ is another great lake and is on the list of a lot of the tournament trails that come through the area. This is probably the best dock fishing lake around here as well if you like flipping those and also can be a great lake to throw a frog. The bass on this lake will absolutely destroy a frog here and it's the most exciting bite you'll ever get. This lake has a lot of different cover and sets up to fish pretty much any way you'd like.

Fayette County bass
Fayette County Reservoir is a power plant lake that is still running and being used to produce electricity all over central Texas as the other 2 in the area, Decker and Bastrop, have been taken out of production. Sometimes this lake is like shooting fish in a barrel it's so good. And you can fish it using pretty much any technique you want, like throwing frogs, flukes, wake baits, Alabama rigs, crankbaits, traps, shaky heads, jigs and any Texas-rigged or Carolina-rigged soft plastics. In the hotter months, this lake can be another one of those hot and heavy schooling bass lakes which can be a lot of fun using topwaters and such.

Lake Bastrop bass
Another power plant lake that's not in use much. They do however still run the water through and will generate every once in a while. There's a slot limit here from 14-21 so there's a chance at a decent sized bass. In the warmer months, the topwater bite is one the best.

Lake Falcon bass
Lake Falcon is an awesome lake and some of the largest 5 bass limits in tournaments have been turned in here over the years. It is definitely in need of water though as it is very low right now. It won't stop me from taking you there though when you are ready.

Lake O.H. Ivie bass
O.H. Ivie has been by far the best lake for a chance at an absolute giant Texas bass. Many 13-15 pound bass have been caught on this lake in the last 5-6 years and some even bigger.

Canyon Lake bass
Canyon Lake is another great lake that's not too far from Austin, around an hours drive. This year it has the most grass I've ever seen on the lake and it is holding some very nice bass.

Lake Lady Bird Johnson (Town Lake) bass
Lady Bird Lake, or as the locals still call it, Town Lake, holds some very nice bass. There's always a chance at a big one here but doesn't have the best access to the lake and you can't use the big motor. You can also fish all around it from the bank.

Lake Belton bass
Lake Belton is the best lake around central Texas to catch smallmouth bass. There's also some really nice largemouth and it's a really special treat to land one in the double digit range. This picture of a giant bass was from a special day for sure and this fish anchored a good sack big enought to win the tournament we were fishing. There's a long story about it but mostly, I lost the lower to start the day running to the spot I would catch this one eventually. My partner, Tom, caught a ride back with another competitor to win big bass and first place. What a great day! It was a fanatastic season and we even got 3rd place in the championship with big fish as I put my buddy, Tom, on his personal best that was almost 10 pounds. What a season!

Excellent Lakes Not Fishable Right Now
These lake are usually absolutely good but since the water levels at these lakes are so low, you can't launch a bass boat anywhere at these locations.
Lake Decker bass
This is an excellent lake and is located in the Austin city limits. I'll be adding many more photos here as I definitely have lots more.

Choke Canyon bass
This is one of the best lakes in Texas and the country. Unfortunately, the lack of water prevents launching a bass boat here for now so there's no trips to this lake at the moment. If you are in the area and want to catch some fish though, you can walk the bank, wathing out for alligators, launch a kayak or canoe and get after them or launch a smaller flat bottom boat is
