Corporate & Team-Building Fishing Trips Near Austin

For a company outing, client day or team-building trip near Austin, I run multi-boat bass fishing days: I bring in as many guides as your group needs, everyone fishes with a pro, and all the tackle is provided. One contact, one plan, every boat on the same water.

A day on the water does what a conference room can't - it puts people side by side for hours with something to talk about. I've guided Central Texas lakes for 26+ years, and I plan group days so your people spend the time catching, not waiting. You tell me the headcount and the goal - thank-you day for clients, a team reward, a friendly competition - and I handle the boats, the guides and the lake.

How a group outing works

  • Any group size - 2 to 3 anglers per boat fish best; I hire as many guides and boats as you need.
  • One lake, close to Austin - Lake Travis and Lake Austin keep the drive short; I can pick up at a lakeside dock within reason.
  • Everything provided - rods, reels and tackle in every boat. Guests bring a fishing license, sunglasses, a hat and food and drinks.
  • Make it a contest - biggest fish, most fish, or best team total. Every boat can track it.
  • Photos and video - my 2025 Phoenix 21 XE runs YOLOtek cameras, so the big catches are on film.
  • Gift certificates - for client gifts or employee rewards, gift certificates are good for 6 months.

Rates for groups

Each boat is priced like a regular trip: half day $450, 3/4 day $575, full day $650 for 1-2 anglers, plus $50 per extra person. A $200 deposit per boat, per day holds the date. Give me your headcount and I'll send one simple quote for the whole group. Full rates and policies.

Yes. I plan multi-boat corporate, client and team-building days near Austin and bring in as many guides as the group needs, so everyone fishes with a pro.

How many people can a corporate fishing trip handle?

There's no hard cap - I hire as many guides and boats as needed. Two or three anglers per boat is the sweet spot for comfort and catching.
