What Should I Throw?
Tell me the lake and the conditions and I'll tell you what I'd tie on — the technique, the lure, colors, depth and retrieve, and why. It's Bryan's decision-making, drawn from the knowledge base.
Here's what I'd throw on Lake LBJ
On Lake LBJ, throw a Flipping Jig on dock fishing / skipping — green pumpkin.

Technique
Lure
Colors: green pumpkin.
Depth: 2-12 ft.
Retrieve: Skip it deep into the shade, let it fall, and work it slowly back out of the dock.
From Bryan's logbook
LBJ is probably the best lake in the area for flipping docks, and a lot of the time that's exactly where the biggest bass are sitting. Jigs and flukes are my go-to.
Also good: Flipping & Pitching, Football Jig, Frog Fishing.
