Lake Austin Fishing Report - June 13, 2011
On the water June 13, 2011 · Lake Austin · by Bryan Cotter, Texas Hawgs
Lake Austin is fishing rather well as of late. My clients are catching a lot of numbers anywhere from 20-50 bass a day. Some of those are nice fat ones in the 3-6lb range with most being 1-3lbs. Lake Austin is nice in the hotter weather because the water is cooler than the other lakes and there's lots of trees to keep the temperatures down in the summer heat. This lake holds some really big fish as well so every cast could be that double digit bass. It's a great time to get out on the water and still keep cool on Lake Austin. Holler at me and let's go catch 'em... ;-)
