Lake LBJ Fishing Report - April 2, 2007

On the water April 2, 2007 · Lake LBJ · by Bryan Cotter, Texas Hawgs

Fishing was excellent with lots of fish up to 4 lbs. The forecast was for bad weather but the weather was decent with little wind and a little sunshine to boot. Most fish came on Zoom flukes with some on a Stanley Ribbit frog, jerkbaits and spinnerbaits. I think we caught 40-50 fish. Most of the best fish came on the fluke with a bunch also on the frog. I'd say LBJ is on absolute fire right now.
