Choke Canyon Fishing Report - May 26, 2007

Fished Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Bite was slow but some good quality fish was to be had. Saturday, I landed a 10-3 with several other good fish up to 6 lbs. Sunday there wasn't a "giant" to be found but a good one at 7 lbs. Another 6 and a few 4's and 5's were caught as well. Another note of interest was that the gators were out. There was one about 12 feet growling and slashing his tail on the water when I fished too near. Fun. Just down the bank, a female came a swimming that was twice his size. Here is a pic of the male. LOL
Book now. You have to see this lake to believe it's awesomeness. ;-)
