Lake Falcon Fishing Report - March 24, 2007

On the water March 24, 2007 · Lake Falcon · by Bryan Cotter, Texas Hawgs

Fishing was good with plenty of 2-3 pound fish. The weather was cloudy and windy. A trap and Stanley Ribbit frog produced the best ones up shallow in 3-5 feet of water early. A whacky-style senko worked great on shallow flats later in the day. I had 2 huge fish pull off my t-rigged Yum Wooly Hawgtail I was pitching in trees. I caught fish from 2 feet down to 15 feet.
