Lake Travis Fishing Report - March 19, 2009

Hit up Lake Travis with a father and his son for a half day of fun. Started out nice with the son catching some nice Travis bass and finding a good 4lb bass. He was really happy with that one. Great Travis bass too. The father was catching several as well and eventually found himself a nice 5lb bass. They were throwing mostly dropshots, rigged with finesse worms and small creature baits, crankbaits and jigs. The best 5 would have gone around 18lbs. Great day on the water.
